Meal idea: Venison Burger with Brie, Cranberry Sauce & Watercress Grill or pan-fry the burgers on a medium heat for 4–5 minutes each side — venison is lean, so avoid overcooking. In the last minute, lay a slice of ripe Brie on top and cover to melt. Toast a brioche bun, spread the base with a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce, layer with the burger, a handful of fresh watercress, and a few thin slices of red onion. Finish with a crack of black pepper and serve with sweet potato fries — elegant and delicious.
