Staffordshire Traditional Meats & Bakehouse Ltd (company number 13550514), trading as Staffordshire Meats, of Spath Farm, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire ST14 5AP, is the data controller for personal information collected through staffordshiremeats.co.uk. What we collect

When you shop with us or sign up to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing details, chosen collection location or delivery address, and your order history. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Like most websites, we also collect some technical information (device, browser, pages visited) through cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to take payment and fulfil your orders, to tell you when your order is ready to collect, to respond to enquiries, to meet our legal obligations (such as keeping accounting records), and, with your consent, to send you our newsletter and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

Our website runs on Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders on our behalf. We also share information with our payment provider to take payment, with our email platform to send service and marketing emails, and, once delivery launches, with couriers to deliver your order. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for six years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other information is kept only as long as we need it.

We use essential cookies to make the website and checkout work, and optional analytics and marketing cookies only if you accept them through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the banner or your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to move it elsewhere.
