Allergens and how we work
All of our products are handmade in our own butchery and kitchen at Spath Farm. We prepare a wide range of foods in the same working areas, so while we take great care, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from any allergen due to the risk of cross-contamination.
The 14 regulated allergens
UK food law recognises 14 allergens that must always be declared: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley and oats), crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and tree nuts.
Getting allergen information before you order
Allergen details are available for every product we sell. If you or anyone you are buying for has a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm exactly what is in the product:

Dietary labels
Products marked (v) are suitable for vegetarians. We do not currently label products as vegan or gluten free; please ask us if you need specific dietary information.
