Our sausagemeat is made from the same hand-selected cuts and traditional recipes as our award-winning sausages — just without the skin. Sourced from our own Staffordshire-reared pigs, it's a versatile kitchen staple with real depth of flavour.

Meal idea: Classic Sausage Plait Roll out a sheet of puff pastry, lay a generous log of seasoned sausagemeat down the centre, fold and crimp the edges, brush with egg wash, and bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until golden. Serve warm with a dollop of wholegrain mustard — perfect for a weekend lunch or a crowd-pleasing party centrepiece.
