Meal idea: Pork & Leek Sausage Puff Pastry Pie Gently fry sliced leeks in butter until soft, then brown the sausages and slice on the diagonal. Combine in a pie dish with a splash of cider, a spoonful of wholegrain mustard, and a ladleful of chicken stock. Top with a sheet of puff pastry, crimp the edges, brush with egg wash, and bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until the pastry is puffed and deeply golden.
