All the best bits of a hog roast, wrapped in pastry. We start with locally reared pork, slow roasted then packed with sage and onion stuffing and a hint of apple. It's all packed into a golden shortcrust pastry case, topped with a plain pastry lid and baked until crisp and hearty.
