What Makes a Huntsman Pie?
A huntsman pie is a traditional British layered pork pie: seasoned pork at the base, a layer of sage and onion stuffing, and tender chicken breast on top, all encased in hand-raised hot water crust pastry. Ours is made the proper way in our own bakehouse, using pork and chicken prepared by our butchers.
