Meal idea: Hot Chilli Burger with Cooling Avocado & Lime Slaw Grill or griddle the burgers on a high heat for 3–4 minutes each side. While they cook, mix shredded white cabbage, grated carrot, sliced spring onion, and a diced avocado with a dressing of lime juice, a spoonful of soured cream, and a pinch of salt. Toast a brioche bun, spread with chipotle mayo, stack the burger, pile on the slaw, and finish with a few slices of pickled jalapeño.
