Meal idea: Cumberland Sausage with Roasted Tomatoes & Fried Egg Coil the sausage into a heavy ovenproof pan and secure with a skewer. Roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes, turning once, until deeply golden and cooked through. In the last 10 minutes, add halved vine tomatoes to the pan. Serve straight from the pan with a fried egg, thick-cut toast, and a dollop of brown sauce — a weekend breakfast worth getting up for.
