Slow it down for a comforting shepherd's pie, topped with golden mash and served with a rich minted gravy and fresh peas, straight from the pod. Or mix with herbs, garlic, and spices to shape into koftas — food on a stick, done properly — perfect for the grill when the sun's out.
However you cook it, this is mince with real flavour and the quality you'd expect from a proper butcher.

How to Cook
Shepherd's Pie: Gently fry the mince with onion, carrot, and celery until browned. Add stock, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, and a handful of fresh or frozen peas. Simmer for 20 minutes, top with creamy mashed potato, and bake at 190°C for 25–30 minutes until golden. Serve with fresh pea pods and a minted gravy on the side.
BBQ Koftas: Combine the mince with finely chopped onion, garlic, fresh mint, cumin, and coriander. Season well, shape around skewers, and grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning regularly, until cooked through and lightly charred. Serve with flatbreads, yoghurt, and a squeeze of lemon.
