The ultimate showpiece steak. A tomahawk is a bone-in ribeye with the full rib bone left long and frenched clean — like the handle of an axe. It looks dramatic, cooks beautifully, and delivers the rich, marbled flavour that ribeye is famous for.
Hand-cut by our butchers to order, from native-breed British beef matured for flavour and tenderness. A proper sharing steak, ideal for a special dinner, a celebration, or a showstopping centrepiece on the grill.

**How to cook:** Bring to room temperature (takes at least an hour with a steak this size), pat dry, and season generously. For best results, reverse sear — cook low in the oven at 120°C until the internal temperature reaches 50°C for medium-rare, then finish with a hard sear in a very hot pan or on the grill for 2 minutes each side. Render the fat edge against the side of the pan for the last minute. Rest for at least 10 minutes, then slice away from the bone and carve across the grain. Serves 2–3 people comfortably.
