Our Traditional Pork Pie is made the way it's always been done — seasoned pork filling, packed generously into a hand-raised hot water crust pastry, baked to a deep golden finish, and finished with a savoury jelly that sets as it cools. No shortcuts, no unnecessary additions. Just a proper pork pie.

Made in our Staffordshire butchery using locally reared pork, it's the kind of pie that earns its place on any table — whether that's a picnic blanket, a sharing board, or a quiet lunch with a good pickle.
