Pete's Game Pie

Proper countryside comfort food, made the way it should be. We start with a rich mix of game meats, prepared on site by our butchers, then slow cook it with sweet onions and a touch of red wine in a rich, savoury gravy. It's all packed into a golden shortcrust pastry case, topped with a plain pastry lid and baked until crisp and hearty.

This is farm to plate, done properly. Prepared local, made by our team and ready for your oven.

How to enjoy

Serve with mash, buttered greens and plenty of gravy. Also excellent cold the next day with a wedge of cheese and some chutney.
