Our Minted Lamb Burgers are made from coarsely ground, free-range Staffordshire lamb blended with fresh mint and a touch of garlic — a combination that's been bringing out the best in lamb for centuries. Meal idea: Minted Lamb Burger with Feta, Roasted Red Pepper & Tzatziki Grill or griddle the burgers on a medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes each side until cooked through with a slight blush. Toast a ciabatta roll, spread generously with tzatziki (Greek yoghurt, grated cucumber, garlic, and fresh mint), then layer with the burger, crumbled feta, sliced roasted red pepper, and a handful of peppery rocket. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon — a Mediterranean-inspired plate that makes the most of every bite.
