A proper Sunday centrepiece. Our bone-in leg of lamb comes from locally reared British lamb, hand-prepared by our butchers and ready to go straight into the oven. At 1.2kg, it's the perfect size to feed four — with just enough left over to argue about.
The bone adds depth and richness to the meat as it roasts, giving you that deep, full flavour that only a bone-in joint delivers. Slow it down for meltingly tender results, or roast it pink for something a little more special.

How to Cook
- Classic roast: Season generously with garlic, rosemary, and olive oil. Roast at 190°C for 25 minutes per 500g, plus 25 minutes extra for medium. Rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Slow roast: Cover and cook at 160°C for 3.5–4 hours until falling off the bone. Finish uncovered for the last 30 minutes to crisp the outside.
Serve with roasted root vegetables, dauphinoise potatoes, and a good mint sauce. A meal worth gathering around.
